How to get your FREE refund/exchange:
If you need to get a refund or exchange your item, first send me a note on the CONTACT page or send me an email at [email protected]. I will send you further instructions to complete your refund/exchange, including a prepaid shipping label.
Once the item you are returning/exchanging is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the terms laid out in this policy.
If you are approved, your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or your new item will be sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We only accept returns and exchanges for items that do not fit as described (i.e. wrong size) or are damaged/defective (e.g. torn shirt, print error, etc.).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges for abuse of the Free Returns policy.
